AYGÜN DALKIRAN RECEIVES RESEARCH AWARD
On November 14, Asst. Prof. Aygün Dalkıran of the Department of Economics received the 2014 Hakan Orbay Research Award at a ceremony held at Sabanci University.
The Sabancı University School of Management established the award in memory of Hakan Orbay, who joined the school during its early years and worked there as a faculty member until his untimely death in 2011. Planned to be given annually in order to encourage original work by young researchers in finance and microeconomics, the award was presented this year for the first time.
Dr. Dalkıran was one of the three winners of the award. He received the award for his research article, “Limits of Reputations.”
